Pantea graduated from Seton Hall University, School of Law, in 2010 and from New York University, College of Arts and Sciences, in 2007. After graduation from law school, Pantea served as Senior Associate at the Law Office of David Philipson, where she represented high-net-worth families and their businesses, before moving her practice down to the Coachella Valley.

Pantea is a dedicated member of her business community, serving as the Special Events Committee Chair of the Desert Estate Planning Council, the local chapter of a national organization of trust and estates attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals who design sophisticated planning techniques for individuals and families, as well as the President of the Waring Plaza Condominium Association.

Pantea is also a dedicated member of her philanthropic community, serving as a Director of the Women Leaders Forum of the Coachella Valley, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering, inspiring, and educating women of all ages and backgrounds as well as a Director of Mamani Joon, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to raising scholarship money for students in the Coachella Valley and High Desert communities exhibiting a high degree of academic achievement and dedication to community service. During the summer months, she also devotes a few weeks of her time serving as a camp counselor for her favorite organization, Camp to Belong, which reunites siblings who have been separated in the foster system for a fun (and often challenging!) week of memory building and family bonding.

Pantea devotes most of her practice to advising small business owners, including physicians and other professionals, and families to ensure the protection of their assets and wealth because she is passionate about helping people create happy and secure futures for themselves and their families.

Katrina Thomas

With more than 20 years of customer service experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors, Katrina places a high priority on understanding the needs of each client. She is the first point of contact and is responsible for creating and nurturing relationships that begin with the first phone call. As Client Services Director, she is a key liaison and prides herself on providing outstanding service. Additionally, Katrina enjoys attending events throughout the valley to continue to introduce the firm to the community.

Service to her country and others has always been her passion, as demonstrated by her many years of public service and volunteer positions. Katrina graduated from Georgia Southern University and had lived all over the country before settling in the desert nine years ago with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, Katrina enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, Stubbs and Evie, hiking, and traveling.
